Independent Mortgage Network does not charge fees. Our introductory service is completely free of charge. However, advisers in the network may charge a fee for their services. Although the fee may vary according to your circumstances and needs, we estimate it will be 0.14% of the loan amount.

Note: This figure is based upon an average of the first 64 cases completed in 2009 and equates to £300 per case.
